Meetings.
(a) Each member of the Commission shall have voting rights and all actions and recommendations shall be approved by a simple majority vote of the members. A quorum shall consist of 3 members.
(b) The initial meeting of the Commission shall take place within 90 days after the effective date of this Act. At the initial meeting, the Commission shall elect one member as a Chairperson by a simple majority vote. The Chairperson shall call any subsequent meetings. (Source: P.A. 101-196, eff. 1-1-20.)
