Appointment; duties. The board of commissioners shall appoint a county attorney to serve at its pleasure and to be its legal adviser. (1973, c. 822, s. 1.) §§ 153A-115 through 153A-120. Reserved for future codification purposes. Article 6. Delegation and Exercise of the General Police Power.
