(1) A person shall not fraudulently procure or attempt to procure a contract under this act. (2) A person who knowingly violates this act is guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 2 years, or a fine of not less than $5,000.00, or both. (3) A person found guilty of violating this act shall be barred from obtaining future contracts with the state.
