The Secretary approved the Iowa abandoned mine land reclamation plan, as submitted on December 17, 1982, effective March 28, 1983. Copies of the approved plan are available at: (a) Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Division of Soil Conservation, Henry A. Wallace Building, E. 9th and Grand Streets, Des Moines, IA 50319. (b) Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement, Mid-Continent Regional Coordinating Center, Alton Federal Building, 501 Belle Street, Alton, IL 62002.
