The Secretary approved the Missouri abandoned mine land reclamation plan, as submitted on September 11, 1981, effective January 29, 1982. Copies of the approved plan are available at: (a) Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Land Reclamation Program, 205 Jefferson Street, Jefferson City, MO 65102. (b) Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement, Mid-Continent Regional Coordinating Center, Alton Federal Building, 501 Belle Street, Alton, IL 62002.
