Note: This version of section effective until 7-1-2027. See also following version of this section, effective 7-1-2027. Sec. 9. (a) The superintendent shall adopt rules necessary to accomplish the purposes of this chapter. (b) In formulating the rules, the superintendent shall have the advice and assistance of the criminal justice advisory committee established by section 10 of this chapter.
