Note: This version of section effective until 1-1-2027. See also following repeal of this chapter, effective 1-1-2027. Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "local health department" refers to: (1) a local health department established under IC 16-20; or (2) the health and hospital corporation created under IC 16-22-8.
