"Enrollee" defined

Sec. 1. (a) As used in this chapter, "enrollee" means an individual who is entitled to limited health services under a contract with an entity authorized to provide or arrange for limited health services under this chapter. (b) The term includes the dependent of an individual described in subsection (a).
