"Calculating person"

Sec. 5. (a) As used in this chapter, "calculating person", with respect to a particular contract, security, or instrument, means any person responsible for calculating or determining any valuation, payment, or other measurement based on a benchmark. (b) The term includes the determining person for a particular contract, security, or instrument.
