§ 52.372 Extensions.

(a) [Reserved] (b) The Administrator hereby extends until December 31, 1996, the attainment date for particulate matter for the New Haven PM10 nonattainment area, as requested by the State of Connecticut on March 22, 1996 and based on monitored air quality data for the national ambient air quality standard for PM10 during the years 1993-95.
