Subdivision 1. Application. For purposes of this chapter, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them. Subd. 2. MS 2024 [Repealed, 2025 c 21 s 95] Subd. 3. [Renumbered 142E.01, subd 5a] Subd. 4. Commissioner. "Commissioner" means the commissioner of children, youth, and families. Subd. 5. [Renumbered 142E.01, subd 8a] Subd. 6.
