§ 60.6055 What reports must I submit before I submit my notice of construction?

You must submit all the following five items on or before the date that the application for a construction permit is submitted under 40 CFR part 51, subpart I, or 40 CFR part 52, as applicable: (a) Your preliminary draft materials separation plan, as specified in § 60.5745. (b) Your revised materials separation plan, as specified in § 60.5765(c). (c) Your notice of the initial public meeting for your draft materials separation plan, as specified in § 60.5750(b). (d) A transcript of the initial public meeting, as specified in § 60.5760(f). (e) A copy of the document that summarizes your responses to the public comments you received during the initial public comment period, as specified in § 60.5765(a).
