§ 60.6665 What are the emission limits for air curtain incinerators that burn 100 percent wood waste, clean lumber, and/or yard waste?

If your air curtain incinerator with a capacity to combust greater than 250 tons per day of municipal solid waste combusts a fuel feed stream of 100 percent wood waste, 100 percent clean lumber, 100 percent yard waste, or a 100 percent mixture of only wood waste, clean lumber, and/or yard waste, and no other municipal solid waste materials, you must only meet the emission limits in this section. (a) By 180 days after your final compliance date, you must meet two limits: (1) The opacity limit is 10 percent (6-minute average) except as provided in paragraph (a)(2) of this section. (2) The opacity limit is 35 percent (6-minute average) during the startup period that is within the first 30 minutes of operation. (b) Reserved
