§ 1138.305 Content of SUB Article III.

(a) Requirement. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must require recipients to include certain information items in each subaward they make. (b) Award terms and conditions. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must use the wording appendix C to this part provides for SUB Article III.
