§16–606. IN EFFECT ** CONTINGENCY – IN EFFECT – CHAPTER 497 OF 2007 ** Any cigarettes sold or offered for sale in the State that do not comply with the performance standard required by § 16–602 of this subtitle are deemed to be contraband and subject to §§ 13–836, 13–837, and 13–839 of the Tax – General Article.
