§ 300.5 International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures.

(a) The International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures Publication No. 4, “Requirements for the Establishment of Pest Free Areas,” which was published February 1996 by the International Plant Protection Convention of the United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization has been approved for incorporation by reference in 7 CFR chapter III by the Director of the Office of the Federal Register in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51. (b) Availability. Copies of International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures Publication No. 4: (1) Are available for inspection at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).
