Full text

Agencies must— (a) Designate an authorized representative to administer the program, establish internal policies and procedures to govern use of the program, and require employees to use ETS instead of another Travel Management Service (TMS) or TMC, except when an exception has been granted under § 301-50.2 of this chapter; and (b) Ensure agency-contracted TMC complements ETS and supports data exchange in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Agencies are responsible for providing funds and personnel resources for ETS transition, and establishing interfaces between ETS standard data output and business systems (e.g., financial, human resources).
