§ 302-11.300 Limit on how much an agency will reimburse for residence transactions.

Agencies will reimburse no more than: (a) Ten percent of the actual sales price for the sale of a residence at the old official station; and (b) Five percent of the actual purchase price of the residence for the purchase of a residence at the new official station.
