1. A minor parent may execute a specific consent to adoption or relinquishment without a requirement for notification to or consent by the parent or parents of the minor. 2. A specific consent to adoption or relinquishment executed by a minor parent cannot be revoked or nullified based upon a minor parent becoming an adult. 3. A specific consent to adoption or relinquishment cannot be revoked or nullified by the executing parent unless the specific consent to adoption or relinquishment was obtained under fraud, duress or undue influence and the action to void the specific consent to adoption or relinquishment is brought within 30 days of execution.
