§ 4.781 Which presiding officer decisions or orders may be appealed and who may appeal them?

Any of the following decisions or orders of the presiding officer may be appealed to the Board by the Project Director and by any party in interest who is adversely affected by that decision or order: (a) A final decision; (b) An order upon reconsideration issued under § 4.763(a); (c) An order upon reopening issued under § 4.774(a) or § 4.775(c); or (d) An order upon remand issued under § 4.790(b).
