Any such money received by a board of trustees shall be used for maintenance and repair of such streets or easements or for the purchase of equipment for such work and shall not be used to defray the expenses of administration of the district. 5. If the repair of a street or easement is necessary because of an improvement undertaken by a board of trustees, the board of county commissioners is not required to repair or pay for the repair of that street or easement.
