“Eligible entity” means a person or entity that is eligible to receive money from the Nevada Attainable Housing Account in accordance with the allocation plan for attainable housing adopted by the Administrator pursuant to NRS 319.745. The term includes, without limitation: 1. A state agency. 2. A local government. 3. A nonprofit organization. 4. A housing authority, as defined in NRS 315.021. 5. A tribal government or agency. 6. A housing counseling agency that is certified by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. 7. Any private entity that enters into a public-private partnership with the State or a local government to offer any of the following: (a) Competitive loans, grants or rebates to support the development of attainable housing. (b) Competitive loans, grants or rebates for the development of attainable housing projects that qualify for federal low-income housing tax credits, as defined in NRS 360.863. (c) The acquisition of land for the development of attainable housing projects.
