Full text
1. The Authority shall provide benefits under Medicaid or insurance under the Children’s Health Insurance Program to a qualified person who is not a citizen or national of the United States who complies with the requirements established by the Authority pursuant to federal law and this chapter for the receipt of benefits pursuant to that program.
2. A person who is not a citizen or national of the United States is considered “qualified” for the purposes of subsection 1 if the person meets the requirements of 8 U.S.C. § 1641(b).
