“Travel trailer” means a portable structure mounted on wheels, constructed on a vehicular-type chassis primarily designed as temporary living quarters for recreational, camping or travel use and designed to be drawn by another vehicle and designated by the manufacturer as a travel trailer. A vehicle is not a travel trailer if, when equipped for highway use, it is more than 8 feet wide.
