1. Each licensee is a fiduciary of all money, property, other considerations and instruments received by the licensee from the client. 2. Each licensee shall invest money related to a tax-deferred exchange of property in investments which meet the reasonable standards that are applicable to persons acting as fiduciaries in this State.
