Common Agreement has the meaning given to it in 45 CFR 172.102. Framework Agreement has the meaning given to it in 45 CFR 172.102. Participant has the meaning given to it in 45 CFR 172.102. Qualified Health Information Network or QHIN has the meaning given to it in 45 CFR 172.102. Subparticipant has the meaning given to it in 45 CFR 172.102.
