§ 984.11 Merchantable walnuts.

(a) Inshell. Merchantable inshell walnuts means all inshell walnuts meeting the minimum grade and size regulations effective pursuant to § 984.50. (b) Shelled. Merchantable shelled walnuts means all shelled walnuts meeting the minimum grade and size regulations effective pursuant to § 984.50.
