An order meeting all of the following conditions is eligible for administrative modification under this subchapter. 1. The order is subject to the jurisdiction of this state for the purposes of modification. 2. Child support services is providing services pursuant to chapter 252B. 3. The child was conceived or born during a marriage or paternity has been legally established. 4. Review and adjustment services pursuant to subchapter II are not required or are not applicable.
