Prior fiduciaries

A trustee shall take reasonable steps to do all of the following: 1. Compel a former trustee or other fiduciary to deliver trust property to the trustee. 2. Redress a breach of trust known to the trustee to have been committed by a prior trustee or other fiduciary.
