§ 990.23 Reporting hemp crop acreage with USDA Farm Service Agency.

All USDA licensees shall report hemp crop acreage to FSA within 30 days of hemp been planted and shall provide, at a minimum, the following information: (a) Street address and, to the extent practicable, geospatial location of the lot, greenhouse, building, or site where hemp will be produced. All locations where hemp is produced must be reported to FSA. (b) Acreage dedicated to the production of hemp, or greenhouse or indoor square footage dedicated to the production of hemp. (c) The hemp license number.
