§ 148.70 Dangerous cargo manifest; general.

(a) Except as provided in paragraph (b) of this section and in § 148.72 of this part, each vessel transporting materials listed in Table 148.10 of this part must have a dangerous cargo manifest on board. (b) This document must be kept in a designated holder on or near the vessel's bridge. When required for an unmanned barge, the document must be on board the tug or towing vessel.
