On and after August 6, 2025, if a BOCES undertakes HVAC infrastructure improvements using money from the "Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act" cash fund created in section 24-75-232 (3), the BOCES shall comply with the requirements described in section 22-32-153 in implementing the HVAC infrastructure improvements.
