§ 327.44 Actions by claimant.

(a) Form of claim. The claim should meet the requirements of this section. (b) Presentation. The claim must be presented in writing to the Maritime Administration, Attn: Marine Insurance, 1200 New Jersey Avenue SE, Washington, DC 20590-0001.
