Full text

(1) The division may: (a) refuse to issue a license to an applicant; (b) refuse to renew a license; (c) revoke, suspend, restrict, or place a license on probation; (d) issue a public or private reprimand to a licensee; or (e) issue a cease and desist order. (2) The division shall perform an act listed in Subsection (1) in accordance with Section 58-1-401.
