As used in ORS 9.705 to 9.757:
(1) “Affected licensee” means a licensee or former licensee of the Oregon State Bar whose law practice is placed within the jurisdiction of the court under ORS 9.720 or as to whom a petition has been filed to place such law practice within the jurisdiction of the court under ORS 9.715.
(2) “Law practice” means a practice conducted by an individual, a partnership or a professional corporation.
