(1) As used in this section: (a) “Financing agreement” has the meaning given that term in ORS 283.085. (b) “State agency” has the meaning given that term in ORS 283.089. (2) If authorized by a provision of law other than ORS 283.085 to 283.092, a state agency may enter into a financing agreement with a principal amount of $100,000 or less. (3) Notwithstanding any authority in a provision of law other than ORS 283.085 to 283.092, a state agency may not enter into a financing agreement in an amount that exceeds $100,000.
