(1) A psilocybin product may not be given as a prize, premium or consideration for a lottery, contest, game of chance, game of skill or competition of any kind. (2) Violation of this section is a Class A violation. [2021 c.1 §73] (Civil Enforcement of ORS 475A.210 to 475A.722)
