A health professional licensing board may establish by rule a process through which a licensee enrolled in the impaired health professional program established under ORS 676.190 who has successfully completed the program may petition the licensee’s health professional licensing board to remove from any records held by the health professional licensing board information relating to the licensee’s participation in the program. A health professional licensing board that establishes a process described in this section may determine whether to grant a licensee’s petition.
