The Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Pension and Relief Fund for the City of Baton Rouge presently constituted by virtue of an Ordinance of the City of Baton Rouge, is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to transfer any and all funds and assets of said Board to the Board created by this Part. Designated from Acts 1946, No. 299, §9 by Acts 1991, No. 74, §3, eff. June 25, 1991.
