(a) The offices of RUS are located in the South Building of the United States Department of Agriculture at 1400 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC 20250-1500. Hours of operation are from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, Eastern time on Federal Government business days. (b) Information about RUS is available for public inspection and copying as required by the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552 et seq.
