Constables may collect all legal costs due January 1st and July 1st in any pending suit, upon complying with the requirements of R.S. 13:2642.1 Redesignated from R.S. 33:1705 pursuant to Acts 2011, No. 248, §3. 1Repealed by Acts 1960, No. 32, §4, eff. Jan. 1, 1961.
