The office of second assistant district attorney is hereby created in and for the Twenty-First Judicial District, under the provisions of Article VII, Section 60 of the Constitution of Louisiana.1 Added by Acts 1950, No. 13, §1. 1See, now, LSA-Const. Art. 5, §26.
