The commissioner may, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:950 et seq., promulgate rules and regulations as he deems necessary to enforce the provisions of this Subpart. Acts 2017, No. 225, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2018. §1358. Redesignated as R.S. 22:2198 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 2009.
