This Part shall be known and may be cited as the "Louisiana Collision Damage Waiver Law". Acts 1989, No. 773, §2, eff. Jan. 1, 1990; Redesignated from R.S. 22:2091.1 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff.
