The city of New Orleans is hereby authorized to issue bonds in the manner and form and subject to the conditions and limitations hereinafter set forth. Acts 1985, No. 674, §3, eff. July 16, 1985. {{NOTE: SEE ACTS 1985, NO. 674, §§14 - 17.}}
