§ 1738.3 Funding parameters.

(a) The amount of funds available for assistance, as well as the maximum and minimum Award amounts, will be published in the Federal Register. Applicants may apply for loans, loan/grant combinations, and loan guarantees. (b) An Applicant that provides telecommunications or broadband service to at least 20 percent of the households in the United States is limited to an Award amount that is no more than 15 percent of the funds available to the Rural Broadband Program for the Federal fiscal year.
