§ 3430.403 Eligibility.

Unless otherwise specified in the RFA, eligible applicants for the grant program implemented under this subpart include: (a) State agricultural experiment stations; (b) Colleges and universities (including junior colleges offering an associate's degree); (c) University research foundations; (d) Other research institutions and organizations; (e) Federal agencies; (f) National laboratories; (g) Private organizations or corporations; (h) Individuals; and (i) Any group consisting of 2 or more entities identified in paragraphs (a) through (i) of this section.
