§ 3560.703 Identification of unauthorized assistance.

(a) The Agency will use all available means to identify unauthorized assistance, including Agency monitoring activities, OIG reports, GAO reports, and reports from any source, if the information provided can be substantiated by the Agency. (b) Borrowers have the primary responsibility for identifying repayment of unauthorized assistance received by tenants.
