§ 4284.904 Exception authority.

Except as specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section, the Administrator of the Agency may, on a case-by-case basis, grant an exception to any requirement or provision of this subpart provided that such an exception is in the best financial interests of the Federal Government. Exercise of this authority cannot be in conflict with applicable law. (a) Applicant eligibility. No exception to Applicant eligibility can be made. (b) Project eligibility. No exception to Project eligibility can be made.
