§ 4285.2 Cooperative agreement purposes.

Rural Development Administration (RDA) or its successor agency may enter into a cooperative agreement with a State agency to provide funds to the State agency to: (a) Conduct marketing research related to agricultural cooperatives. (b) Assist other organizations in conducting marketing research related to agricultural cooperatives.
